Steven Gale grew up on a farm in Kentucky in the days of three TV channels. To pass the time, he and his siblings would write and tell stories. Steven joined the military after high school, like his dad and older brother. After his service to his country was up, he returned to the family farm and raised two wonderful children, who also followed his path to serve in the military.

Steven now lives in Wisconsin with his wife and dogs. When not working, they travel to visit their children and grandchildren and to explore new places for upcoming books.
